Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing and local carrier networks.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 2β5 business days, but we always do our best to get your fetch essentials out the door as quickly as possible.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International orders, duties + taxes

When ordering internationally, your country may charge VAT/GST, customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees when your package arrives. These fees are determined by your destination country and local carrier and are not included in your Ball Boy order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders may be subject to local VAT, customs charges and/or carrier handling fees upon arrival. VAT rates and import requirements vary by country.

Orders may be subject to UK VAT, customs charges and/or carrier handling fees depending on the order and how it's processed through customs.
π¦πΊ Australia + π³πΏ New Zealand
Orders may be subject to local GST, customs duties or processing fees depending on your destination and order value.
π Everywhere else
Import rules vary by country. Your order may be subject to local duties, taxes or carrier processing fees upon arrival.

A few important notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Carrier and customs delays are outside of our control
- International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, VAT/GST or import/handling fees
- Refusing to pay an import charge may result in your package being returned to us
- Once your order has shipped, delivery and tracking are handled by the shipping carrier
